ANNOUNCEMENTS: Tuesday December 15th 6:00pm EST Plan C participants: Your cds and transcripts are being produced. They should be shipped next week! To listen to the recordings follow these steps: 1. locate “Schedule” on the right hand side of the site (you must be logged in to see it) 2. Click Day 1 or Day 2 or Day 3 3. Click “click to access call details” for the speaker’s call you want to listen to 4. Scroll down to the last 2 rows in the table. a) One will display the play buttons. Click play to listen online. b) The last one will allow you to download the mp3 (Plan B and C only)

A few things to note:

• The official time for the conference is on the right.
• Each session will begin on time.
• Each session will be recorded and the recording will be posted within 24 hours.
• If you have any questions for our speakers you may post them in the chat room, on the discussion forum and in the “submit a question” area for the associated speaker. You will see the links to each of them on the dedicated page for each session (the details for each session are available on that day’s schedule. See links below for your daily schedule.)

To get Continuing Coach Education Units for your participation of the M Word Virtual Conference download the word doc or pdf. Be sure to fill it out during the conference as we will be providing the starting and ending passwords on each call.

The M Word Virtual Conference chat rooms:

Socialize in our chat rooms.
If the chat rooms don’t work for you do the following:
Internet Explorer: Tools ->options/internet options -> privacy tab -> set the scale to “low” by dragging the bar down a notch. -> Click ok
Shut down the browser, restart and try again.

FireFox:
Tools/Firefox -> preferences/options -> privacy tab -> choose “accept cookies from sites” and “accept third-party sites” -> click ok or “x”
Shut down the browser, restart and try again.

• Conference Room – use this room to interact and ask questions during an expert talk.
• Networking – use this room to network with other participants.
• Break Room – use this room to socialize during breaks.
• Virtual Lobby Bar – use this room to socialize at the end of each day.
