You can’t determine how far you’ve come, or how far you want to go, unless you know where you are starting. There are many assessment methodologies, including holistic, person-centered and self-assessment, that can aid the coaching relationship in both corporate and personal contexts. During this session, we will examine some coaching-related assessment tools and methods, including 360-degree feedback. There will be an overview of assessments in general and some applications for coaches and consultants. We’ll also review how the use of assessments with individuals, teams and groups supports coaches and their relationships with clients. Margie will share the benefits gained from using assessments, some key sustainability strategies, and the process she uses with her clients. A question and answer segment will be included so people have the opportunity to touch on the specifics that are important to them.
